Planning
VISIONING & LOCATION:
We hunt down the exact region, backdrop, and unique lodging that will serve as your home base.
ADVENTURE LOGISTICS:
We’ll organize everything it takes to get out the door. Getting married atop a stunning mountain? We’ll locate the helicopter pilot, Jeep driver, or gondola to take you there.
LICENSING & LEGALITIES:
We coordinate any permits needed; as a certified officiant, Kate can also sign your license within the US.
VET LOCAL VENDORS:
Though the scenery is likely your focal piece, if your dream includes a farm-to-table chef’s meal, florals and enhanced decor, or private local adventure experiences, we’ll find and vet the vendors for you.
CUSTOM TIMELINE:
Kate worked in corporate special projects - a smooth experience is everything! You’ll receive a detailed itinerary that includes everything from the check-in time at the eco-lodge to the details of the heli company picking you up the next day.

- Photo coverage starts at 12 hours, and is then tailored to your timeline.

Universe-Guided Elopement
- This adventure is for nimble, adaptive souls who fully embrace the free-spirited nature of travel and relish letting the chef choose the ingredients.
- We dive deep into your goals: How you want to feel on your day, what you want your ceremony to include, favorite past trips, bucket list, total budget, and more.
- We build your entire elopement & travel itinerary, down to your packing list.
- Decades of experience goes into planning and preparing each step. You have input of course (e.g.: go/no-go countries, specific ceremony instructions), but the bulk of specific planning is placed in the hands of adventure.
- You’ll receive an envelope on the way to the airport, containing the invitation to your wedding and directions to the awaiting once-in-a-lifetime elopement. Intrigued? We are here for you.
